Mp3search Ratios

We are now checking ratios of sites. How do we do this?
Each time our engine runs through a site, it will download
a random file, but only a fragment (30 bytes) of that file. If the
download is successful, we mark the site as no-ratio. If not, it
is considered a ratio site. Whilst this method is not completely
accurate, it is much better than leaving it up to the honesty
of the siteops to declare whhether their site is a ratio or non-ratio
site :)
